**In this Role, you’ll get to**
- Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple Overseas countries especially SEA markets, ensuring accurate and timely payments.
- Collaborate with local payroll providers to collect and validate payroll inputs, including salaries, benefits, allowances, and deductions.
- Review and validate payroll calculations, including statutory deductions, bonuses, and overtime.
- Reconcile and validate payroll outputs, including payslips, tax filings, and social security contributions.
- Address payroll-related inquiries and resolve issues from employees across countries.
- Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including the production of annual tax statements and compliance reports.
- Liaise with external auditors and tax authorities for payroll-related audits, compliance checks, and reporting.
- Conduct periodic payroll audits to ensure data accuracy, identify discrepancies, and resolve payroll-related issues.
- Collaborate with HR Ops, HRBP, finance, and tax teams for accurate employee data management and seamless payroll integration.
- Provide guidance and support to HR and finance teams on payroll processes, compliance, and reporting.

**What you'll Need to Succeed**
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or other related fields.
- 5+ years of experience in hands-on payroll processing, preferably with regional experience.
- Experience with local payroll providers and managing external vendor relationships.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective organisational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in English is required.
- Continuous learning mindset and adaptability to changing payroll requirements.
