**Main Purpose of Job**
- Provides leadership to supervisors and/or professional staff
- Develops departmental plans, including business, production and/or organizational priorities
- Controls resources and policy formation in area of responsibility

**Main Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Developing and implementing performance management systems to ensure employees are meeting their goals and objectives
- Managing employee relations and resolving any conflicts or issues that arise
- Developing and implementing compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent
- Ensuring compliance with all employment laws and regulations
- Developing and implementing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
- Managing and maintaining employee records, including HRIS systems
- Conducting regular HR audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.

**Skills & Knowledge**
- Must be conversant in Malaysian Labour Laws, Employment Act and other relevant legislations
- Good working knowledge in HRM
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Good command of English, both oral and written
- Tactful, mature, analytical, independent and resourceful

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Several years of experience in HR management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prefer Someone who has working in medical background company before.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: RM7,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

- Human Resources: 5 years (preferred)
- Malaysian Labour Laws, Employment Act: 5 years (preferred)
- HRM: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
- Bahasa (preferred)
