As an **Account Receivables Officer**, you will need to ensure accurate documentation and approval is acquired before processing any manual invoice, credit memo and adjustment.

**Key Responsibilities**
- To support accounts receivable function for AP region in accordance with corporate policies and procedures.
- To enter receipt / transaction amounts correctly on timely manner.
- To process and issue sales invoices / credit memo as per scheduled time in designated country, verify and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- To resolve AR inquiries and service requests from SBU and various finance functions.
- To participate in continuous improvement in process efficiency and effectiveness.
- To assist on any other ad-hoc assignment by AR Supervisor and AR Manager.
- To manage timely delivery of invoices/ statements to customers; working closely with mailing house and to check their efficiency.
- To ensure all locations’ sales & AR are closed timely; meanwhile, continue to improve the closing time.
- possess minimum a Diploma in Accounting with at least 3 years working experience.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills while proficiency in verbal and written in Chinese.
- Working experience with Oracle/SAP/QAD accounting is highly preferable.
- Organized, analytical and able to work under pressure.
- Resourceful and a great teammate with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and ambitious environment.
