Customer Service Executive

Our client is one of the **leading international company **providing customer service to its international customers
Your role will be responsible to identify the customers' needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns and manage the day-to-day customer service operations. It’s a good opportunity to begin a career with our client.
**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Assist and resolve customers' inquiries with their services, payment issues, orders, Apps, etc.
- Give customers information about products and services, take orders, and process returns
- Delivering respect to the customer
- Ability to communicate clearly with the customer
**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimally SPM and above
- Willingness to learn about customer service industry
- Exceptional listening and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Able to work in rotational shift during peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
- 6 Days work week
- 9 working hours include 1 hour break
- Able to work in Bandar Medini, Nusajaya, Johor (79250)
**ADDITIONAL INFORMATION**
- FREE shuttle bus service provided - Skudai, Tampoi, Larkin Sentral, Bukit Indah,, Taman Universiti, Gelang Patah, Nusa Height, City Square
- Salary is up to RM 2,600 per month (including allowances)
- Training provided (1 month)
- Free accommodation for the first 2 weeks

**Salary**: Up to RM2,800.00 per month
