**Personal Assistant Task**:
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of integrity and direction.
- Oversee the daily schedule of the Chairman personal driver, aligning it with the Chairman overall agenda.
- Coordinate logistics for events including venue selection, catering, and audiovisual setup.
- Monitor and manage task follow-up to ensure timely completion.
- Manage vendor relationships, office supplies, and equipment for the Chairman’s residence.
- Handle petty cash and oversee finances including making payments and maintaining financial records.
- Arranging the Chairman’s flights and accommodation.
- Assist and manage personal errands and tasks, including coordinating household services, etc.
- Manage invitations and attendance at events.
- To undertake any other task and / or responsibility as instructed by the Chairman from time to time (ad-hoc).
**HR Responsibilities**:
- Recruiting, hiring, and managing domestic staff such as domestic helpers including their payroll, permits, and documentation.
- Coordinating with agents for any needs, including recruitment and renewal of permits, passports and arrangement of FOMEMA.
- Resolving conflicts and ensuring smooth communication with domestic helpers.
- Assisting in all administrative and logistic matters relating household and events at the Chairman’s residence.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
- Over 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Secretary to Top Management.
- Valid driving license (B2 or D) is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly detail-oriented, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Ability to independently solve complex administrative issues and handle diverse, advanced responsibilities.
- The position requires flexibility and dedication, including irregular hours, which may not be suitable for those with family commitments.
- Applicant must be willing to be based at the Residency in TTDI, Kuala Lumpur.
**Remuneration Packages**:
- Basic Salary: RM4,500 - RM5,500, based on experience and qualifications
- Fixed Monthly Allowances: Including hardship, mobile phone, travelling etc
- Fully Covered Medical Benefits: Outpatient treatment for staff and dependents
- EPF & SOCSO Contributions: In accordance with Malaysian regulations

**Job Type**: Permanent
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
