**Role Description** This is a contract role for a Sales & Marketing Manager. As the Sales & Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing activities of the company. This includes developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing the sales team, conducting market research, and building relationships with clients. This is an on-site role located in Bandar Baru Bangi. **Qualifications** - Minimum 10 years of working experience with more than 7 years solid Sales Experience. International sales experience will be an added advantage. - In-depth understanding of the technical knowledge and the trend of segments including one or several of the following : Oil & Gas, Pipeline, Polyurethane, Consumer Product, OEM, Lighting, EPCC, etc. - Aware of the latest market trends and shifts, as well as projections for the future. - Demonstrated track record of driving growth in a very competitive market environment. - Able to work under pressure. Result - oriented with "Can Do" attitude to implement all goals assigned by the Supervisor with minimum supervision. Maximum of 6 month time will be given in order to show the result / outcome. - Driven and committed to success while maintaining integrity - Excellent selling skills especially the value added selling skills - Transformative approach to leadership that inspires and empowers others - Evidence of ability to innovate and implement change successfully - Advance in MS Office suite and fair knowledge in SAP system, online procurement portal, SOCMED - Able to demonstrate an accountable & a responsible attitude - Exceptional communication and presentation skills - Posses own transport and eager to travel domestic and international **Job Types**: Full-time, Contract Contract length: 12 months Pay: RM13,000.00 - RM22,000.00 per month **Benefits**: - Additional leave - Cell phone reimbursement - Flexible schedule - Health insurance - Opportunities for promotion - Professional development - Work from home Schedule: - Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: - Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
