**Responsibilities**:

- Manage Customer Experience by ensuring that any complaints are attended to within SLA
- Manage Team Members to ensure that Job Matching, and Fraud Detection are within KPI
- Interact with Business IT for improvements or resolution of bugs
- Manage all social media channels including posting, and interaction with the users
- Develop Partnership and Collaboration with relevant industry partners

**Requirements**:

- Have 1- 2 years of working experiences in a related field
- A team player and work well with other people
- Good organization and people management skills
- Have a pleasant character and able to do public speaking
- Experienced in how social media work and how to utilize social media for growth
- Minimum Degree in a related field
