Job Summary: Customer Support Assistant supports Customer Support Manager to ensure all online classes set up and support parents and students-related issues. Responsibilities: 1. Assist the class teacher to ensure all online setup and connectivity is ready prior to each session. 2. Undertake to observe and report any student who may need guidance in the classroom. 3. Assist the classroom teacher by coordinating lesson summaries and homework for the students. 4. Carry out administrative duties such as sending reminders, notifying parents/teachers for any attendance-related issue, coordinating with teachers in collecting homework and assignments. 5. Provide support outside of classes if parents/students need assistance. 6. Provide supervision duties during the lesson to ensure class runs smoothly. 7. Update checklist for each of the assigned lessons to ensure all homework and lesson summary is provided to parents/students. 8. Coordinate Parent-teacher meetings and ensure reports were submitted. 9. To provide functional feedback to both teachers and parents. 10. Ad-hoc class activities and events during the working hours Job Requirement: 1. Applicant must possess at least a Diploma in the relevant area of study. 2. Proficient in the English language. Able to communicate in BM and Mandarin will be an added advantage. 3. At least 1 year of working experience in online education and familiar with Zoom classroom. 4. Previous experience in customer service will be an added advantage. 5. Normal office working hours but with the need to perform duty after office hours and over the weekend based on the assigned roster. Skills and Competencies: 1. Highly organized individual with attention to detail. 2. Demonstrated skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Zoom Classroom. 3. Customer-oriented and results-driven. 4. Self-motivated and proactively seeks more efficient methods for process improvement. 5. Analytical and organized with the ability to manage timelines and deadlines.
