**Responsibilities**:
**Own It**:

- Manage customer interactions via Pos Malaysia’s social media or live chat channel.
- Record transactions in respective system provided by Pos Malaysia.

**Build Trust**:

- Engage with internal counterparts in solving issues.

**One Team**:

- Working collaboratively with the team to solve customer issues within the timeline.

**Move Fast**:

- Adapt, simplify and act quickly.

**Delight Customers**:

- Provide solution and follow up until customer’s issue is resolved.
- Manage customer interactions via multiple channel such as chat and social media.

**Job Requirements**:

- Possess working experience in customer service industry and/or individuals with customer centric mindset.
- Possess good communication and writing skills (English & Malay language)
- Able to answer transactional inquiries and complaints via the assigned channel while probing and keying in details into system efficiently.
- Familiar with contact center environment is an advantage.
- Able to work on weekends and public holidays, if needed.

**Additional information**:

- Working hours: 8.00pm to 12.00am (4-hour shift).
- Working days: 5 days per week, between Monday to Sunday (working days will be as per scheduled).
