Junior HR Executive

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
2. Post job openings on various job boards and social media platforms.
4. Coordinate new hire orientations and assist in the onboarding process.
5. Prepare new employee paperwork and ensure completion of required forms.
6. Assist in the setup of employee profiles in HR systems.
7. Address employee queries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
8. Assist in the resolution of employee concerns and conflicts, escalating issues to senior HR staff when necessary.
9. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion.
10. Assist in the coordination of training programs and workshops.
11. Maintain training records and track employee participation in training activities.
12. Help evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants.
13. Maintain HR databases and employee files, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
14. Generate HR reports and assist in data analysis as needed.
15. Assist in payroll processing and benefit administration tasks.
16. Stay updated on labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.
17. Assist in ensuring company policies and procedures are communicated effectively and followed by employees.
18. Support HR audits and compliance reviews.
**QUALIFICATION**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2. Previous internship or work experience in HR or related field is a plus.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
5. Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
6. Must be good in English and Bahasa Melayu.
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
