**Job Scope / Responsibilities**:
**Retail Operations**
- Carry out daily retail tasks including POS operation, stock in/out, returns, customer service, store cleanliness, and display management.
- Supervise retail staff at JB and Bangi bookstores to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse or relevant departments for stock planning and restocking.
- Maintain high standards of store presentation and implement SOPs.

**Marketing & Branding (Retail-Focused)**
- Develop and implement strategies to increase customer footfall and strengthen brand visibility for Pelangi Books Gallery (PBG).
- Lead and execute marketing activities, customer engagement initiatives, and events held at PBG.
- Coordinate branding efforts and ensure alignment with PBG’s retail identity.
- Promote PBG through community outreach, local partnerships, and in-store campaigns.

**Online Marketplace & Sales Support**
- Monitor and manage PBG’s listings on platforms like GrabMart and ensure product and pricing accuracy.
- Explore new digital opportunities relevant to the bookstore and suggest potential growth areas.
- Provide assistance to the online sales team on daily tasks related to PBG products and coordination when required.

**Requirements**:

- A minimum of a Diploma qualification in any discipline is required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail supervision with exposure to retail marketing.
- Strong planning, leadership, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive initiatives.
- Familiarity with retail systems (POS) and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Grab) is an advantage.
- **Willing to travel between JB and Bangi and support weekend/public holiday events as needed.**

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:
