Ben K Dental Laboratory is looking for a **Business Development Executive** who will play a vital role in **ensuring timely deliveries, maintaining client relationships, and driving business growth.** If you’re a highly organized, proactive individual with strong communication skills and a knack for sales, we want you on our team

**Dispatch & Logistics：**
- Ensure timely and accurate **delivery of dental prosthetics and appliances** to clients across the island and mainland.
- Securely **package and transport products** using your own vehicle.
- Maintain **accurate delivery schedules and records** to ensure smooth logistics.
- Communicate with clients to **confirm deliveries and provide updates**.
- Keep the dispatch area **organized and efficient** for seamless operations.

**Sales & Business Development**:

- **Develop and maintain strong relationships** with existing and potential clients.
- Promote **Ben K Dental Lab’s products and services** while identifying new business opportunities.
- **Gather feedback** from clients to improve services and explore upselling opportunities.
- Assist in achieving **sales targets** by engaging with clients during visits.
- Provide **exceptional customer service** to ensure client loyalty and repeat business.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player with a proactive attitude.
- Knows how to drive safely and steadily.
- Previous experience in **business development, dispatch, logistics, or sales** is a plus.
- Proper English skills are a must (additional languages are a bonus).

**Working Hours**:

- Mon-Fri, 09:00-18:00,
- Sat(on request), half-day
