Membantu dan melaksanakan fungsi HR dan admin.
- Menyediakan surat-surat seperti surat pelantikan, pembaharuan, tempoh percubaan, pergerakan kakitangan, perletakkan jawatan/ penamatan perkhidmatan kakitangan dan yang perlukan dari masa ke masa.
- Menyokong dan membantu dalam semua proses pengambilan.
- Menguruskan semua rekod HR, tarikh dan bertanggungjawab bagi memastikan kesemua fail peribadi dikemas kini dan diurus secara berkesan.
- Memastikan semua rekod dan data yang berkaitan dengan kakitangan seperti pengesahan, pemindahan dan peletakan jawatan, kenaikan pangkat dan lain-lain direkodkan dan dikemas kini dengan betul.
- Bertanggungjawab untuk spektrum yang luas dalam pentadbiran dan tugas-tugas sokongan pejabat termasuk laporan harian dan surat-menyurat.
- Memastikan kemudahan/ operasi pentadbiran disokong secukupnya.
- Bekerja secara proaktif dengan semua peringkat kakitangan untuk meningkatkan persekitaran positif.
- Membantu merangka, melaksana, memantau dan mengkaji dasar-dasar HR, prosedur dan strategi.
- Membantu dalam menyelaraskan aliran kerja syarikat.
- Bertanggungjawab ke atas pengambilan pekerja syarikat.
- Menyelia dan mengambil berat terhadap kebajikan dan manfaat syarikat.
- Memantau inventori, dan penyelenggaraan alat-alat tulis pejabat dan mesin.
- Membantu dalam membangun, melaksana, menyelenggara, dan mengkaji dasar-dasar syarikat, undang-undang & peraturan-peraturan dengan mematuhi semua undang-undang pekerjaan, statut dan peraturan.
- Memberi sokongan bagi proses pengambilan dan pemilihan pekerja.
- Membantu dalam mengenalpasti dan analisis latihan kakitangan, keperluan sokongan pembangunan dan kerjaya.
- Membantu untuk menjalankan orientasi/ pengenalan untuk pekerja baru.
- Menghasilkan dan mengendalikan dokumentasi dan pemfailan.
- Membantu kerja-kerja kerani syarikat.
**Salary**: From RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
