Facility Officer

Inspect all facility areas on daily basis and ensure all in good working order;
- Upon finding any faults / defects / damages to arrange for rectification works;
- Liaise with Contractor on preventive maintenance works for the facility areas;
- Maintain and manage the Digital TVs placed at MO & common area;
- Upload notices into Digital TVs;
- Preparation of proposal for presentation during monthly committee meeting (if any);
- Prepare & issue weekly cleaning checklist for all the washrooms within common area;
- Accept bookings & deposit for facility usage from residents;
- Maintain log books for facility area;
- Accept incoming complaints from residents and find solvents;
- Prepare monthly work schedule for Concierge Staff;
- Assist in preparation of budget for respective facility maintenance & festival season decoration;
- Arrange for decoration during main festival seasons;
- Assist in arranging refreshments for monthly meetings & general meetings;
- Assist in despatching document to local government offices (if any);
**Job Requirements : -**
- Possess a minimum qualification of Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical) or equivalent.
- A minimum 3 years working experience in property/building management.
- Good written and spoken language in English and Bahasa Malaysia;
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
