Lendlease Malaysia is currently searching for an experienced **Site Manager - Finishing **to join the Project Management & Construction team responsible for the build and delivery of a range of projects.

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
- Co-ordinate the activities of all work teams on the site to ensure that the project's objectives for cost, time, safety, quality and environmental management are achieved. Assist the Construction Manager to manage, plan and execute activities in relation to undertaking the companies’ contractual obligations.
- Carry out necessary planning and implement necessary control to ensure that Lendlease Building (LLB) safety and environmental policies and legislative and contract obligations are met at all times.
- Ensure the LLB Foreman and Construction Workers understand the requirements of the GMRs and their individual roles and responsibilities (R&Rs) and have received adequate and appropriate training to discharge these duties and are evaluated annually against them.
- Assist the CM in the development and management of a robust Project Delivery Plan (PDP) that supports effective delivery of the project.
- Ensure that data capture and reporting from subcontractors is available to assist the Construction Manager in managing compliance with NGER’s legislation and LLB environmental requirements.
- Actively become involved in ROAD Reviews, Buildability and Coordination Reviews, Project Risk Assessments and ensure that constructability issues are identified and recorded on the register for review and follow up.
- Co-ordinate the ordering and installation/delivery of plant, facilities and materials.
- Ensure that the Project Finalisation Plan is carried out prior to completion of project and that any lessons learnt are shared across the business. In conjunction with this, ensure that the Project Delivery Plan (PDP) is updated and achieved.
- Manage the performance of all direct-report staff including establishment of clear responsibilities and authorities, assessment and provision of appropriate induction and training and development of annual performance plans including regular review and assessment.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- At least 15 years of related experience
- Proficiency with Construction engineering
- Demonstrate an ability to supervise a team
