Supervising and overseeing the direction of the project (or a package), ensuring that the client’s specifications and requirements are met, reviewing progress and liaising with quantity surveyors to monitor costs, from conception to completion
- Liaising with the client, other construction professionals and, sometimes, members of the public
- Coordinate and manage construction workers and subcontractors.
- Assisting in negotiating contracts and securing permits/licenses
- Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction technique
- Review the work progress on daily basis, Ensuring the progress of work completion as per scheduled
- Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with safety regulations
- Oversee preparation of internal and external reports pertaining to job status.
- Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
- Analyse, manage and mitigate risks
- Undertake any tasks assigned by Project Manager and / or management
- Responsible in planning, organizing and monitoring assigned projects until completion.
- Coordinate with supervisors and monitor site progress to ensure guidelines are maintained.
- To attend consultant meeting representing the company to ensure smooth implementation of the projects up to completion and delivery

- To liaise with QS/Purchasing Department on material and drawing and ordering with the time frame
- To study all construction drawings vs BQ Quantity and to manage any discrepancies through RFI up to resolution.

**Qualifications**:

- 8 - 10 years of proven experience in construction site management, exposure to the solar industry is beneficial
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Kuala Lumpur: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
