HR and Payroll Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the overall HR, payroll and recruitment tasks for clients and internal staffing.
- Handle payroll processing, including input salary data in the system, calculating overtime, and deductions.
- Manage employee records and ensure data accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including conducting orientation sessions and exit interviews.
- Plan and coordinate employee engagement activities to foster a positive work culture and enhance team morale.
- Provide administrative support for HR-related activities, such as benefits enrolment, employee relations and planning employees activities.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in HR, recruitment and payroll administration.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- Prefer can read and write Chinese.
- Familiar with social media posting is a plus.
