The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.
- The Incubation team will be responsible for growing merchants on ShopeeFood to ensure that merchants meet their performance targets. To also assist with daily operational tasks contributing to campaign participation

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Responsible in negotiation with merchants and ensuring merchants participate in platform initiatives
- Analyze and track performance metrics of merchants, providing actionable insights to improve merchants' growth
- Work closely with the merchants to resolve any issues, challenges, or bottlenecks in the growth process
- Develop and implement processes for better efficiency and alignment between internal teams and merchants

**Requirements**:

- SPM or Diploma in any field, preferred but not limited to Business, Commerce, Marketing
- Knowledgeable and passionate about e-commerce / digital payments
- Effective presentation skills, backed by good business acumen
- Enjoy challenges and remain flexible in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
- Proactively engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Innovative problem-solving skills, able to dissect problems and implement solutions accordingly
- Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g.: Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) to communicate with merchants from diverse backgrounds
- Open to flexible working arrangements during peak seasons / based on business needs
