Working Location:

- Johor Bahru OR Ara Damansara

Role: Customer Service Executive (Mandarin Speaker)

Qualification: 18 years old, completed with SPM, UEC, and IGCSE certificates.

Language: Traditional Mandarin & English

Working Days & Shifts: 24*7 Rotational Shifts, 5.5 or 6 days

Headcount: 25

**Salary**: Basic RM 3,000 + KPI 400 + Shifts & 6 Days Allowance 600

Leave Policy: Annual Leave - 12 Days, Medical Leave - 14 Days, Additional leave details will be provided during the onboarding process

- Exceeding customer expectation in terms of customer service & accurate information.
- Working in a team to achieve the required KPI elements and SLA.
- Proficient in computer typing skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Good computer literacy

Pay: RM3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- STM/STPM (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (preferred)
