Admin & HR Executive

Provides assistance in managing and handling full set of account and ensure timely, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Provides summary of current financial status and provide balance sheet, statement of profit and loss.
- General office administration and management (eg. requisitions of office/pantry supplies, servicing of office equipment)
- Set-up and maintain an efficient filing system of internal, external and confidential document (Quotation, Invoice, etc)
- Manage reimbursement of staff expense claims
- Schedule and maintain calendar of appointments for talent interview, meetings, and conference calls
- Coordinates data from a variety of sources for inclusion in reports and presentations
- Handle recruitment process such as posting advertisement in the various job portals, phone screening for shortlisting, arranging interviews, employment contracts and etc. aligned with regulations, Company policies and procedures
- Maintain and update employee’s personal files and ensure the confidentiality of all HR documents; Requirements:
- Relevant Admin and HR working experience or relevant diploma will be an added credit for for this job.
- Know the use of various job portal.
- Must be able to take initiative and work independently with minimum supervision
- Energetic and eager to learn new skills
- Meticulous and an eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of similar Microsoft excel and relevant program.
- Able to multi-task and manage time effectively.
