Join our dynamic team at TXMR SDN BHD a provider of custom automation engineering solutions. We specialize in helping manufacturers and business owners automate their processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.

We are looking for a Procurement Assistant;

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in vendor selection, negotiation, and contract finalization.
- Support project managers in drafting comprehensive plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors to track orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
- Coordinate with vendors for quotes, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships.
- Assist project managers in planning, budgeting, and identifying procurement needs.
- Create and manage Purchase Request Forms (PRFs) and requests for quotations.
- Ensure purchased items meet project specifications through thorough studies.
- Negotiate prices, delivery times, and payment terms with suppliers.
- Verify Delivery Orders (DO) and process Goods Received Acknowledgement (GRA) Forms and other forms during the process.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and contracts.
- Generate reports on procurement status, budget utilization, and vendor performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Words, Google Drive
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Detail oriented with good organizational skills.
- Knowledge in materials, equipment and market trends in production/manufacturing industry/Procurement or Supply Chain Management is an added advantage.
- Fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills in English & Malay Languages.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Job Type**: Contract

Pay: RM1,800.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Overtime pay
