Responsible to develop mid to long term sales strategy by conducting research on consumer trends and exploring new opportunities; capturing new market segments while expanding existing market in order to ensure the company’s sustainability
- Responsible and accountable in developing and monitoring the progress of strategic sales plans
- Responsible and accountable to develop sales budget, forecasts, and controlling expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements
- Responsible and accountable to ensure effective control of sales results, and takes corrective action to guarantee that achievement of sales and marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
- Responsible and accountable to evaluate market research and adjusts sales strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
- Employ unique sales techniques, drive creativity and contribute to tactical execution of the strategy
- Advice and support Board members on all aspects of sales strategies and its implementation

**Requirements**:

- Min Bachelor in Sales, Marketing or Business or other relevant courses.
- Preferable with a minimum of 5 to 10 years related experience in heading Sales role.
- Experience in MLM industry is also an added advantage.
- Knowledge in apparel sales industry
- Effective ability to communicate orally or in written form effectively with co-management, internal and external customers
- Solid network within the industry and strong customer database
- Ability to identify sales segments, niches, and potential markets
- Proven ability and experience in managing and leading high-performance sales teams.

**Salary**: RM4,500.00 - RM6,500.00 per month
