- Lead, coach, and mentor sales representatives to achieve sales targets and develop their skills.
- Recruit, hire, train, and onboard new sales team members.
- Motivate and inspire the team to achieve results.
- Manage performance, provide feedback, and address any issues.
- Assign sales territories and responsibilities.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Involved in developing new products or services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Address customer concerns and resolve issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to achieve company goals. Set sales goals, quotas, and targets for the team.
- Analyze sales data and identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor sales performance and track progress towards targets.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
