Project Administrator

Travelling to Project Site Office is required.
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinating activities: Project administrators organize and oversee project-related tasks
- Managing schedules: They ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
- Assisting with Meetings: Arrange and handle project meetings including the ability to record decisions.
- Issue Resolution: Addressing project-related issues.
- Documentation: Preparing project documents and reports including creation and maintenance of workflows and procedures for team members and stakeholders.
- Progress Monitoring: Timely and relevant reporting and tracking of project progress.
- Task Management: Breaking projects into manageable tasks.
- Maintaining Compliance: Ensuring adherence to regulations.
- Monitoring Budgets: Keeping track of project expenditures.
- Quality Control: Coordinating quality checks.
- Commercial offers: Support and prepare budgetary and firm commercial offers for Sales Team.
- Internal and external coordination: Coordination with Siemens HQ, internal stakeholders, logistics, commercial and customers.
- Ensure Siemens project management process is adhered during execution to ensure effective management of project scope, timeline, cost and quality.
- Support to completes cost calculation of the scope of bid required based on the scope - internal and external scope.
- Be a team player and individual contributor as business demands.
**Requirements**:
- BE degree in IT/Electronics/Electrical Engineering or relevant field.
- Good written and communication skills in English and Bahasa Melayu.
- Project coordination experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel with advanced skills in data analysis, pivot tables, complex formula creation, and experience with VLookup, XLookup and macros.
- Comfortable following up with cross functional teams (technical, commercial etc.) including with teams located overseas and in different time zones.
- Assertiveness to ensure project deliverables are on track.
- Applicant must also demonstrate an ability to learn and understand new technologies and explain it at a basic level to others.
- Willing to ask and self-learn
- Able to seek out designated experts and clarify ambiguous problems/questions until sufficient clarity reached or risk is controlled.
- Good verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers and internal teams.
- Strong analytically and on the job, problem solving skills.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,600.00 per month
