Position: Customer Service(Mandarin)
- Employment Type: Permanent

**Vacancies**:
**Customer Service Support - Voice (Telco) - 25 August, KL Sentral**
- Shifts: in between 8 am to 11 pm (8 hours per day and 5 days a week)
- Salary: 4,000 - 4,500 + 300 KPI Allowance
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

**Chat Support - Non Voice (Social Media), - 18 August, KL Sentral**
- Shifts: Rotational 24*7 (8 hours per day and 5 days a week)
- Salary: 4,000 + 300 KPI Allowance + 300 for night shift (if working in night shifts)
- Fluent in both Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

**Qualification**:

- Minimum SPM with Certificate
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
- Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

**Responsibility**
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve platform operation issues.
- Review and coordinate return and refund requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Handle user issues related to financial transactions and logistics.
- Manage account-related inquiries, including issues with platform permissions.
- Accurately document customer interactions and system-related activities in internal tools
