Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
Issue Resolution:
- Assist customers in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to management or relevant departments when necessary.
Documentation:
- Document customer interactions and issues in the Customer Management System (CMS) for tracking and follow-up.
- Maintain accurate records of customer feedback and complaints.
Customer Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized support to enhance the customer experience.
- Educate customers about product features, updates, and best practices.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members and other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on processes and procedures.
Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends.
- Suggest improvements in customer support processes to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in customer service or support role is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
**Education**:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)
**Experience**:
- Customer Care Specialist: 1 year (required)
Expected Start Date: 02/01/2025
