Maintaining personnel records and update the personal details from time to time.
Checking the employees’ attendance daily
Responsible for accurate and timely payroll administration function including record keeping, payroll processing, computation of EPF, SOCSO, staff loan deduction, HRDF, PCB, Income Tax EA form and Form E.
Ensure all statutory deductions are in accordance with the statutory orders and paid within the deadline.
Maintains human resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, and merit increases.
Handle and documents disciplinary actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
Updates job knowledge by participating in HR related training
Accomplishes human resources department and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
**Requirements**:
At least Diploma in Human Resource Management/ Business Administration or its equivalent.
At least three (3) years of work experiences in the same capacity, preferably in similar or related industries.
Independent and can work with minimum supervision and guidance.
Language required: MANDARIN. ENGLISH, BAHASA MALAYSIA

Willing to work in Seri Kembangan

**Salary**: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
