**Sales and Marketing Executive**:
Brainstorming, Developing and Implementing ideas for sales and marketing activities to generate new sales leads.
Handling customer inquiries, promptly and professionally answer to their inquiries, listening to their requirements and presenting appropriately to close deals.
Assisting with preparation of proposal documents, making accurate, rapid cost calculations preparing quotation and negotiating the terms of business with new customers.
Assist in business development including seminars, webinars and articles.
Liaising with back-end service providers to ensure timely delivery of services
Follow up with the customer consistently.
Utilizing social networking opportunities to facilitate sales and increase brand awareness.
Generate, maintain and update online marketing plan, website content (service, content, promotions), etc.
**Important role**:
- Ecommerce Marketing Specialist

Provide support for the development of marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies
Prepare and analyze customer's feedback from social media platforms for improvement and to respond to build customer's confidence and loyalty
Perform weekly market analysis, report and present to Head of Marketing to study competitors and peers
Ensure website SEO friendly
Work closely with Operations and Marketing regarding Design & Aesthetics, Content, Navigation, Branding/Marketing Performance, Functionality
Initiate creative and innovative digital channel strategy to target the online customer segment
Deliver excellent online marketing communication and evaluate the effectiveness of the social media content that pull or push advertising effects to achieve higher sales revenue
Plan, ensure and implement effective SEO and SEM for the Company website and eCommerce site
Continuously research on the right digital marketing platform with high traffic for all product categories
Focus on ensuring efficient operations for the platform (across all channels and devices) to provide an outstanding customer experience and timely reporting
Responsible for end to end management of all eCommerce product campaigns from brief creation to creative approvals, technical development, inventory management, execution, tracking and reporting

**Job requirement**:
Qualification with at least Pre-U/Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Marketing/E-Commerce/Business Administration, or equivalent qualifications.
Strong communication skills, coordination and organization skills.
Self-initiative, problem-solving, motivation for sales and independent with minimum guidance, meticulous and possess a high level of responsibilities & commitment.
**Required language**: English, Malay, and Mandarin, oral and written.
Possess own transport and willing to travel (if needed).
