Intrepid is a fast-growing and industry-leading ecommerce enabler, making sellers and brands successful in Ecommerce on all marketplace platforms across South East Asia through a combination of software solutions and value-added services across store management, online marketing, customer service (e.g. chat), data & intelligence, and fulfilment & logistics. The company operates in Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand and soon Malaysia, was built by ex-Lazada founders and is run by a young, enthusiastic and energetic team, looking to help brands and sellers seize the full potential of the ecommerce opportunity in South East Asia.
**The role**:
As a **Key Account Manager**, you will be part of our Key Account Management team. Working closely with Head of KAM, you will support him/her in managing their portfolio of brands, and in successful execution and roll-out of business performance improvement plans. You will assist with the day-to-day activities related to store management on marketplaces/platforms including Lazada and Shopee.
**Responsibilities**:
- Grow account revenue and company branding
- Build strong relationships with your account and platform counterparts
- Deliver expert recommendations on the best strategy/promotions/growth levers
- Develop promotion plans and activation calendars
- Align with internal stakeholders to drive account performance (Content, Operations, Chat)
- Ensure all account / store KPIs are met Collaborate on on boarding and growth plans for new accou
**Who we look for - the ideal profile**:
- University degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in Ecommerce, ideally with a platform (Lazada / Shopee), with another enabler, or with a brand or distributor
- Commercial performance-driven mindset, flexible & collaborative attitude, looking to make an impact and thriving in a fast-paced start-up environment
- Strong interpersonal, relationship and communication, listening and negotiation skills
- Experience in Fashion or Beauty category will be added advantage.
- Experience in creating promotion calendars and monthly activation plans
- Experience in managing and growing stores on one or more ecommerce marketplaces
- Experience in developing digital / ecommerce campaign plans is a plus
- Analytical skills to analyse data and make performance improvement suggestions
- Project management experience
- Good excel and powerpoint skills
