Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and execute business plans to achieve sales, distribution, and profitability targets for assigned modern trade accounts.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and decision-makers within modern trade customers.

· Lead annual negotiations on pricing, trading terms, and promotional activities to secure favorable agreements.

· Plan and implement joint business plans (JBP) with key accounts to drive category growth and brand visibility.

· Analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks.

· Work closely with the Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and product availability.

· Manage trade spending efficiently, ensuring maximum return on investment.

· Oversee listing, planogram compliance, and in-store visibility in collaboration with field sales teams.

· Monitor promotional performance and prepare regular reports on sales results and customer insights.

· Support new product launches and ensure successful execution in modern trade channels.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum 3–5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in FMCG or consumer goods.

· Proven experience handling modern trade accounts such as Tesco, AEON, Giant, Lotus's, or similar.

· Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

· Good understanding of FMCG sales operations, trade terms, and promotional mechanics.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience in SAP or CRM systems is an added advantage.

· Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.

· Willing to travel when required.
