Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement annual business plans for key national accounts in line with company sales and marketing strategies.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, category managers, and key decision-makers across retail chains, hypermarkets, convenience stores, and

distributors.

· Lead annual negotiations on trading terms, pricing, and promotional agreements to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.

· Monitor account performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

· Work closely with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Trade Marketing teams to execute joint business plans, promotions, and new product launches.

· Manage trade spend efficiently, ensuring effective ROI and budget control.

· Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and insights on market trends and competitor activities.

· Ensure strong in-store execution and merchandising in coordination with the field sales team.

· Lead and mentor Key Account Executives to achieve high performance and professional development.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.

· Minimum 5–8 years of key account management experience in FMCG or consumer products.

· Proven track record of managing national retail chains or major modern trade customers.

· Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

· Excellent commercial acumen with understanding of PCL and trade dynamics.

· Proficient in MS Excel and data analysis; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
