**Position: Customer Service & Indoor Sales Executive**

**What You’ll Do**
- Handle **customer enquiries** through WhatsApp, calls, social media, and walk-ins with professionalism and care.
- Clearly **explain treatments, service packages, and pricing** to help clients make confident decisions.
- Build **strong relationships with new and existing clients**, guiding them through their healing journey.
- Conduct **follow-ups** to ensure patients stay consistent with their therapy plans.
- Keep detailed **records of clients, enquiries, and sales activities** for smooth coordination.
- Support with **administrative and marketing tasks** — including preparing letters, documents, and promotional materials.
- Meet **personal and team sales goals** while maintaining top-notch customer service standards.
- Deliver excellent **pre
- and post-treatment support** to strengthen long-term client relationships.
- Promote the centre’s **wellness services and professional training programmes** to boost awareness and participation.
- Collaborate with the **marketing and operations teams** to support campaigns, promotions, and special events.
- Stay informed on **industry trends, market movements, and competitor updates**.
- Work closely with practitioners to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Minimum **2 years of experience** in customer service, client relations, or sales (healthcare or wellness background preferred).
- Excellent **communication and interpersonal skills** with a natural ability to connect with people.
- Organized, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
- A **self-motivated team player** with strong initiative and accountability.
- Fluent in **Bahasa Malaysia and English**; proficiency in **Mandarin or local dialects** is a bonus.
- Able to work **6 days a week**, including weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
