**Responsibilities**:
**Accounting & Finance Skills**
- Knowledge of bookkeeping, financial reporting and tax regulations.
- Knowledge of e-invoice
- Proficiency in accounting software.
- Ability to prepare and manage invoices, payments, payroll, and budgeting.
- Ability to reconcile bank statements and financial transactions.
- Ability to analyze and review financial report.
- Ability to liaise with Auditor and Bankers.
**Administrative & Office Management Skills**
- Knowledge of full spectrum of HR processes.
- Handling building management, contractor and contract renewal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to manage office supplies, correspondence, and scheduling.
- Handling documentation, filing, and compliance with company policies.
- Ability to liaise with Government agencies
**Requirements**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field with 2 years experiences.
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
