- To assist the programme coordinator
- Handling in student admission
- Liaise with students
- Provide office support services and assist in administrative and clerical duties.
- To prepare and compile documents for meeting and taking minutes of the meeting.
- To compile reports from other departments daily, weekly and monthly.
- Prepare class attendance
- To carry out any other tasks as and when instructed by the management
