- Match invoices with purchase orders and receiving documents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve invoice and payment-related issues.

**Requirements**:

- 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related field.
- Must be computer literate.
- Possess good analytical skills.
- Must be well versed in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Should be a team player.
- Responsible and able to work independently

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,300.00 per month
