**Job Responsibilities & Duties**

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Manage IT accounts and license provisioning for various MSP platforms.
- Provide customer service to maintenance customers, including handling support calls, creating and assigning tickets, and managing service requests.
- Offer support for MSP customers.
- Schedule resources effectively.
- Handle Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) processes.
- Monitor system onboarding.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and on-demand reports.
- Manage contract creation, validation, endorsement, and delivery.
- Monitor contract renewal status.

**SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION**:

- Diploma or IT-related course with 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication skills, both over the phone and in writing.
- Good organizational, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
- Skilled in troubleshooting and problem analysis.
- Able to plan and prioritize work independently.
- Knowledge of customer service best practices.
- Flexible, enthusiastic, and positive attitude.
- Strong interpersonal skills and adaptability.
- Team player with a drive to excel.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
