**Responsibilities**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Work closely with team sales supervisor in responding to sales & services inquiries.
- Provide accurate product information, address customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Filter and qualify potential customers in line with company guidelines.
- Preparation of quotations, closing order & delivery management.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends to effectively assist customers.
- To perform any other related duties or ad-hoc tasks as and when required by superior.
**Requirements**:
- Female, Age below 32.
- Preferably with 1-2 years working experience in related field / position.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Highly dynamic individual & posses high level of responsibility & integrity.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes and experience in preparing sales quotations.
- Good command of spoken and written English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Excellence attendance rate.
