Operations & Administrative Junior Executive

**Position Summary**:
**Responsibilities / Job Description**:
- Reports directly to the Senior Operation Executive.
- To generate, achieve and exceed the given Key Performance Index (KPI) targets provided by the Management.
- To assist the reporting manager to manage, maintain and grow the Company's operational and administrative effectiveness via SOP workflows and software systems.
- To prepare purchase orders, payment voucher, tax invoice, and any related sales administrative documentation, general bookkeeping tasks and data entry.
- To assist the reporting manager to manage, execute and improve stock management for the Company.
- To assist in training, providing guidance and developing new Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the department.
- To prioritize, organize and complete all assigned duties by the Management (planned and ad-hoc).
**Requirements**:
- Experience in a similar industry is an advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
