Our client is an innovative and dynamic logistics solutions provider with more than 4000 employees across more than 90 countries and is supported by hundreds of agents globally. The company provides airfreight, sea freight, customs brokerage, local transportation, warehousing, and distribution services. They provide logistics and supply chain solutions to aerospace, automotive, chemical, oil & gas, wine and spirits, and manufacturing industries.

Reporting to the APAC Global Development Director, the National Key Account Manager will be based in Selangor.

**The National Key Account Manager responsibilities**:

- To lead and manage the implementation of any new services
- To create, distribute and maintain Standard Operational Procedures (SOPs) in cooperation with Sales, Operations and Finance.
- To achieve the assigned targets accounts and GP level.
- To ensure each branch servicing the account understands the SOPs and implements accordingly.
- To maintain rates and asses yields on monthly basis
- Monitor account for timely payments and assist with collection on past due invoices.
- To set up internal report to monitor the performance in meeting critical milestones.
- To communicate any issues or exceptions to Operations.
- To enter all meeting notes, action items, complaints, compliments into CRM and distribute to appropriate people in global network
- To assign a corrective action to every issue/complaint and follow up to ensure client satisfaction with the resolution.
- To manage and lead business reviews
- To travel within region to visit accounts/account sites and branches to review procedures and maintain customer satisfaction when necessary.
- To update status of progress on business opportunities.
- To focus on penetrating other areas of the business for additional support
- To understand accounts’ business strategy, objectives, and risks/constraints.
- To pursue and execute more efficiency and cost reduction measures.
- To provide accounts with market updates and educational support
- To identify new & existing growth opportunities (GAM & MNC accounts) and develop a strategy to secure opportunities with appropriate internal resources.

**The Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the industry or a related service industry.
- Minimum 1 year experience in operations in the service(s) the account utilizes
- Strong computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, written and verbal skills involve presentation skills
- Good analytical and program management skills.
- Strong customer service, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Internal/External Sales Skills.
- Detail oriented, able to work in a team and independently.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
