Human Resource Executive

Job Description:
- Engage in the full cycle of training process, such as map out annual training plans, design and develop training materials, evaluate training programs, and etc.
- Stay up-to-date on new training methods, grants and techniques.
- Maintain updated curriculum database and training records for all employees on a regular and timely basis. These records will involve the maintenance of both paper and HRMS system.
- Monthly reporting on training related information, which includes the reporting of employee accreditation numbers.
- Handling and dealing with employee’s related issues such as disciplinary process, misconduct investigation & grievances process.
- Ensure on-going compliance and statutory regulations affecting HR policies & guideline according to the Malaysian Labour Law.
- Responsible for planning and execution of employee engagement activities.

What are we looking for:
- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in a similar role, as HR practitioner, in a manufacturing environment.
- Good knowledge in Malaysian Labor Laws and well verse with the current HR practices.
- A good team player with good planning, organizing and communication skills.
- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Fresh graduate also encouraged to apply.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
