**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Recruitment & Onboarding**:

- Facilitate smooth onboarding for new hires, including orientation sessions and training schedules.

**2. Employee Relations**:

- Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Address employee concerns promptly and escalate complex issues when necessary.

**3. HR Operations**:

- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, payroll data, and performance reports.
- Manage and process employee benefits, leave, and other entitlements.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

**4. Training & Development**:

- Identify training needs and coordinate training programs for store employees.
- Support leadership development initiatives for team leads and managers.

**5. Performance Management**:

- Assist in setting performance goals and appraisals for employees.
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback to support improvement.

**6. Policy Implementation**:

- Communicate and enforce HR policies and procedures within the store.
- Collaborate with management to ensure all employees understand and adhere to company guidelines.

**7. Workplace Safety & Compliance**:

- Promote a safe working environment by adhering to safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and retail industry standards.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of HR experience, preferably in retail or a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
