- **Job Title**:Human Resource Executive
- **Location**:Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
- **Reporting to**:Managing Director and Human Resources & Business Development
- **Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Manage the full spectrum of immigration processes for expatriates and their dependents.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications.
- Support training and development, performance management and appraisal processes.
- Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases.
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR matters.
- Payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Schedules and coordinates meetings, events, workshops, appointments, catering and travel arrangements both internally and for visitors.

**Qualifications**- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR or a similar role.
- Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
- Great interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate fluently with different nationalities
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.- Preferred Attributes:
