**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the full process of human resources operations, including recruitment,
training, personnel changes, policies, compensation, performance, social security &
provident fund contributions, and labor relations.
2. Responsible for corporate culture development, planning, organizing, and arranging
employee activities.
3. Assist department managers in formulating and improving the company’s organizational
structure and job management system, drafting company policies and job descriptions.
4. Coordinate and maintain good relationships among departments, maintain positive
communication with subordinates, and motivate them to take initiative in their work.
5. Review departmental documents, reports, and forms; supervise, inspect, and implement
daily departmental affairs; provide guidance and improvements.
6. Carry out other tasks assigned by leadership.
**Job Requirements**
1. At least 2 years of experience in HR and administrative work, with strong execution
skills.
2. Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration,
or related fields.
3. Familiar with Malaysia’s social security, provident fund, and labor law policies.
4. Language proficiency: Chinese, English, and Malay.
5. Strong communication, organizational, coordination, stress management, time
management skills, and good interpersonal affinity.
6. Proficient in using office software, with experience in DingTalk or similar systems, and
strong sense of service and confidentiality
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
