Responsibilities
- **Planning**: Breaking projects into tasks, creating workflows, and setting deadlines
- **Performance updates**: Provide project performance updates
- **Monitoring**: Tracking progress and monitoring timelines
- **Risk analysis**: Analyzing risks
- **Resource allocation**: Assisting in resource allocation
- **Project coordination**: Manage project schedules, tasks, and resources
- **Documentation**: Maintain project documentation, records, and reports
- **Communication**: Interact with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to convey project updates
- **Financial management**: Monitor project budgets and expenses
- **Risk management**: Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success
- **Quality assurance**: Ensure the team complies with the required regulations
- **Staff supervision**: Plan meetings to discuss project progress, prepare work schedules, and assign tasks to team members
- **Liaison**: Liaise with contractors and keep in touch with suppliers to ensure the project has the necessary resources
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: A diploma in business administration or a related field
- **Experience**: At least two years of relevant work experience
- **Communication**: Excellent written and oral communication skills
- **Organization**: Strong organizational and collaborative skills
- **Attention to detail**: A keen eye for detail
- **Microsoft Office**: Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Location: Seksyen 22, Shah Alam
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
