**Job Details**:

- **Base Salary**: RM 15/h
- **Commissions**:

- RM 30 per appointment (Turn-up)
- RM 200 per deal closed
- **Work Schedule**:

- 3 days a week, 2 hours per session
- Work from home

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound cold calls to prospects within Singapore.
- Arrange appointments for MAS-regulated financial products.
- Provide prompt follow-up and coordination.
- Manage and update the database for tracking purposes.

**Training Provided**:

- 1 week of intensive training (Sales Pitch & Objection Handling).

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English.
- Resilient and goal-oriented.
- Prior telemarketing experience is an advantage but not required.
