We're seeking a passionate and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Kuala Lumpur. We have 2 openings for this role.
In this exciting full-time, on-site role, you'll be responsible for:
- Unearthing and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the IT Industry(Contract Staffing/BPO/Augmentation).
- Crafting and executing winning sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Developing and nurturing strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Expertly negotiating and closing deals that propel our growth.
- Providing valuable market insights to guide strategic decision-making.
To be successful, you'll possess:
- Proven sales, business development, and account management expertise.
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets and fostering revenue growth.
- The ability to build and maintain trust-based client relationships.
- In-depth experience within the IT Consulting & Contract Staffing industry (mandatory).
- Astute problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
- Experience working with diverse clients and cultures (a plus).

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
