Personal Assistant/secretary

**Location**: Icon City, Petaling Jaya
**Employment Type**: Temporary (Maternity Cover, with possibility of becoming permanent)
**Duration**: 6-12 months
**Working Hours**: Typically 8 hours a day but as required.
**Job Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team.
- Manage and organize company documents, reports, and correspondence.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and appointments.
- Prepare reports, invoices, and other business-related documents.
- Maintain filing systems (digital and physical) efficiently.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and errands as required.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a **Personal Assistant, Secretary, or Administrative Assistant**.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general office software.
- Experience in **data entry, preferably adept in IT, and can always provide ideas to make better our solutions.**:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, Malay, and optionally, Chinese (cantonese, mandarin).
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Experience in an executive or managerial support role.
- Familiarity with business operations and financial documentation.
- Prior experience in handling both PA and secretarial duties.

Pay: RM1,467.69 - RM5,671.63 per month
