We’re hiring an **Assistant Sales Manager** to support our growing sales team. You’ll play a key role in managing sales executives, achieving installer onboarding targets, and expanding our vendor/service panel network across Malaysia.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the Sales Manager in daily operations, performance tracking, and team guidance
- Supervise and motivate a team of Sales Executives to achieve monthly onboarding targets
- Assist in onboarding **installation panels** and **spare parts vendors** into platform
- Conduct field visits, guide team members, and help close high-value partners
- Track team KPIs, submit weekly reports, and provide constructive feedback
- Ensure quality onboarding standards, follow-up, and proper documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve sales processes and territory growth

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of experience in sales, field operations, or business development
- Experience leading or assisting a sales team is a strong advantage
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Must be results-driven, target-oriented, and self-motivated
- Able to travel locally for field engagement and team support
- Knowledge of automotive parts, workshops, or installation services is a bonus

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM9,064.45 per month
