**Key Responsibilities**
- Administers and maintains Quality Systems and QA databases.
- Responsible for all duties associated with documents and record management.
- Analyzes data and prepares requested reports based on different customers.
- Completes assigned tasks relating to Non-Conforming Material Requests, Corrective Action Requests/Preventative Action Requests.
- Prepares finished product quality report, COC.
- Measure parts using hexagon arm CMM.
- Maintain and prepare maintenance and calibration reports of all measuring equipment and gauges.
- Ensure proper maintenance and retention of quality records, drawings and support for issuing and retrieval.
- Preparation of the company's QA manual control and supervision of all amendments and revisions.
- Control the distribution of the company's quality documentation.
- Monitor all quality-related activities on the project.
- Perform internal and external audits.
- Verify contractor quality requirements are specified to vendors and contractor documentation submittals.
- Review quality inspection personnel qualifications and training requirements
- Able to make necessary repairs for parts with dimensions that are out of tolerance
- Able to come out with process improvements.

- At least a Nitec in an engineering-related field.
- Must have experience with basic measuring equipment (vernier callipers, micrometers, etc.).
- Preferably with Hexagon arm CMM experience.
