**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in processing monthly payroll for clients in accordance with local laws and company policies.
- Maintain and update employee payroll records, including new hires, resignations, and changes in salary or benefits.
- Handle statutory submissions such as MPF, IR56B, IR56F, and other Hong Kong payroll-related documents.
- Prepare payroll reports, pay slips, and bank files for salary disbursement.
- Support clients with payroll-related inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure confidentiality and data security in handling employee information.
- Liaise with internal teams (HR, Finance) and external auditors as needed.
- Participate in system testing, data migration, and payroll system implementation projects.

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor’s Degree** in Human Resources, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
- Proficiency in **Cantonese** (spoken and written) is **mandatory** to liaise with Hong Kong clients.
- Good command of English and/or Mandarin is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Knowledge of Hong Kong labor law, MPF, and taxation is an added advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll software (e.g., Info-Tech, Sage, or similar) is preferred.

**Job Type**: Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
